RAINBOW CALSILICA BEAR Fetish by EMERY ERIACHO~Zuni~ Offered here is a lovely little BEAR fetish carving by Zuni Pueblo artisan Emery Eriacho . He's carved from a very colorful piece of Rainbow Calsilica. The colors are quite different on each side! Almost like having two different fetishes! The Bear's eyes are inlaid turquoise dots. The medicine bundle consists of a tiny turquoise arrowhead and some small beads. Be sure to look at our wide selection of Emery's bears. Visit My eBay Store SIZE: This fine little fellow measures just about 1&1/2 inches long from nose to tail, is just under 1&1/2 inches high at the medicine bundle and just about 3/8 of an inch wide. CONDITION: NEW AUTHENTICITY: This is an authentic Native American one-of-a-kind hand-carved item and comes from the Zuni Pueblo in northern New Mexico (USA). The piece isn't signed. Some Zuni artists prefer not to sign their work, feeling that their style is their signature. Emery's bears are pretty distinctive, but we would be happy to provide a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) card if needed. If you would like a COA, please request one at time of purchase. In Zuni tradition, each animal has specific characteristics and powers that may aid the owner of a fetish carved in the image of that animal.
