Hello and welcome to my auction. This auction is for a 2005 clean / excellent condition Raleigh Competition road bicycle, size 57cm. Bike Condition The frame & paint are in very good condition. The paint is very glossy, and the blemishes/scratches are to a minimum. There are no dings or dents. The wheels were recently installed, therefore are in newer shape than the bicycle. The hubs are smooth, the wheels are true, the brake machined sidewall has very little wear. The tires have about 75% of their tread/life remaining. The drivetrain is in excellent working condition. I measured the chain wear and found no chain stretch at all.The bicycle was recently tuned up at my local shop, so all of the components work as they are supposed to. The white handlebar tape is in great shape, but the white is a bit discolored from use; white is a hard color to keep looking bright. There are some cosmetic scratches on both shifter/brake levers. The name plates can be replaced, which will take away 95% of the scratches. Other than that, everything is clean and operating correctly, the bike is ready to ride, and for a very long time.
