Up for auction is one(1) Randall Model 19-5, with Johnson roughback sheath. It has a carbon steel blade, Sambar Stag Handle (that I requested to be ½" longer than standard, thumb notches and my name etched on the blade. This is a work horse, it was my Colorado Elk Hunting knife. It has dressed nine of my elk, and a handful of my friend's elk, in its day. I ordered this knife out of the 22 nd printing of the Randall catalog, in 1974 and received the knife in January 1975 [for those of you who remember when Randall could deliver knives in a reasonable amount of time - it was great!!!]. It has served me well. I will include the catalog with the knife and scabbard. It has the original sharpening stone which is not in the best of shape. I made no attempt to polish or buff up the knife, as I feel a well used Randall needs to remain "AS IS". T is no iron corrosion on this Randall. I will be auctioning two additional 1975 knives, Md 14 & Md 2, with additional features, watch for those auctions coming up.
