TUp for auction is this marvelous cookie jar from "Robinson Ransbottom" Roseville, Ohio. It can be referred to as a variety of titles including"Hi Diddle Diddle", "Hey Diddle Diddle and The "Cow Jumped Over Moon" cookie jar. It is in good condition for something this old . T is a chip on the underside edge in the back shown in the pictures. T are small chips on the the inside rim which is common in lidded cookie jars. The lid has splits in the underside which are from the kiln firing and are not cracks. This piece is listed in a variety of books for collectors at varying prices from $400.00 and up. It can do nothing but appreciate in value provided it is kept in good condition. The markings on the bottom are "R. R. P Co. / Roseville,Ohio # 317 see the fourth picture.
