is an item you won't see every day. It is an old 1 oz. mess kit coffee mix can. Still full and unopened! Marked "G. Washington's cafemelo soluble coffee product made and packed in U.S.A. by G. Washington Coffee Refining Co. Morris Plains, New Jersey". It also tells you how to make your mess kit coffee in your canteen cup. It says "the contents make 4 pints of brew or 5 canteen cups, 1/2 full". I beleive this item dates at least back to WWII, but not positive. Marked along the seam "C.C.Co. 4-28". The can is in very good shape with almost no rust and very minor dents. It does have some scratches but not much paint loss. I give alot of pictures to see all around. Shipping is $3.50. T is a small reserve of $25.00 on this very unique item. Thanks.
