RARE 1.25 inch celluloid pinback button of famous aviator Charles Lindbergh displayed in a patriotic view with his nickname PLUCKY LINDY beneath his portrait. The pin displays its original paper back inset on verso that identifies the manufacturer the Whitehead & Hoag, Newark, NJ. Aviation pioneer Charles Lindbergh was the first to fly solo nonstop across the Atlantic Ocean on his famous flight aboard the airplane the Spirit of St. Louis from New York to Paris in 1927.
