I am offering for your consideration and bid: An old original SHIN SEIKI magazine, published monthly by Manila Sinbun-sya (Approved by the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines on Sept. 1, 1942) Vol. I September 2603 (1943) No. 12. I looked through the magazine and read the English translations. I realized that by the adjectives and phrasing used that this magazine is nothing but propaganda describing the superiority of the Japanese including the statement for the need of propagation of Nippongo (the Japanese language). What better way to control people than to make them learn "your" language and not the other way around, i.e. The Japanese learning the language of the people whose land they occupied. This was found in box of items that I purchased at an estate auction. T is a slight stale smell due to the age of the item but it is not offensive. This magazine will be placed between two large pieces of cardboard so that it will arrive at your home without being creased or folded.Please check out my other auctions or store ...
