Vintage DzamanGunCigarette Lighter ------------------------------ Description: Lighter in the shape of a gun or pistol Made in around 1948 The first model had a black handle and different colored ones were later made Marked on the bottom "Dzaman pat pend Made in USA" Has a flint inside History of this lighter ( as I have been told): Mr. Gabriel Dzaman invented these lighters His partner was Mr. Combs Factory was located in Hedding, Mansfield Township, Burlington Co. NJ The building was a two room elementary school prior to the business starting The building was so small that t were only about eight employees Mr. Dzaman unfortunately befriended a man who later claimed to have been the inventor and sued him. Mr. Dzaman took it so badly that his health began to deteriorate Measurements: 3" long & 2 1/4" high closed Condition: Good condition No cracks, chips, or breaks Has a few minor surface scratch's..hard to see Needs fuel. Striker needs to be oiled Shipping: I accept Paypal with confirmed address only, Money Orders and personal checks (only with good feedback). International must be in US funds I pack with bubble wrap, popcorn, and sturdy boxes. I leave positive feedback once the buyer has left me feedback. That way I know all is well.
