This is a RARE Mint In The Box 1959 Zippo pocket lighter. The front shows the logo/advertisement for Heathkit with a large engraved Bee that states Royal Order of the - ( Bumblebee, Hornet, Yellowjacket ??? ). The Heath Company used to manufacture electronic products in kit form that anybody could successfully build. If you followed the instructions, had some basic tools and assembly skills, then it was likely your kit would work properly when it was time to plug it in and use it--whether it was a VTVM or a television set. With each kit, Heath Company not only provided assembly instructions, but also listed the tools you'd need. They also provided a short training guide on soldering skills and how to use the tools to assemble the kit. Eventually, the Heathkit Company developed a very popular home computer that was available as either a kit or assembled product. This was the product line that caught the eye of Zenith Radio Corporation (ZRC), which later bought the Heath Company. This Zippo is in PRISTINE condition. The case and original insert have the Zippo 2517191 patent. The original Candy Stripe (red & white) box is clean and solid. Also comes with the vintage Zippo Guarantee/Instruction fold-out. I feel I have taken some pretty good pictures so you will be able to see exactly what you are bidding on. I accept PayPal, money orders
