This "Rare" 1985 chalkware plaque by "Bossons Congleton England" is in Very Good Condition. The plaque does not have any chips or cracks and the only blemishes are above the temple t is a small area of grey paint which has flaked off , the back of the cap has four tiny black dots the size of pinholes and below the bill of the cap a few tiny paint flakes have been touched up. The plaque is titled "Coxswain" which is hallmarked at the bottom and is 5" x 6" in diameter.
