Very Rare Ancient Medieval Gold Ring Beautiful Deep Green Center Stone Hand Crafted Workmanship For Large Finger Circa: 1000 - 1650AD This is a Very Rare Ancient Medieval era Gold Ring with a stunning Deep Green Color Center stone. Stone predates the ring because it was obviously used with some other form of jewelry based on the mounting hole seen on one side of the stone. Stone appears to be natural but I am not certain. Type of stone is not known. The Stone is fully intact with no cracks or chips. The only noted flaws with this ring is that a on one side of band t are only 2 full red stones, and the 3rd setting has a stone, but it appears to be chipped. The setting would need to be cleaned more throughly to fully expose the stone. The opposite side has one red stone and setting. The adjacent setting is obviously damaged. This side has the third setting and stone missing from underneath. Some of the prongs in the center stone setting show wear from age. This does not affect the stability or strength of the ring, nor does it affect the center stone's setting. The above mentioned flaws could be easily restored by a reputable jeweler. Other than above noted flaws, Ring is in very good condition with only expected wear from age. Ring is at least 350+ years old, and is in very good condition. Much of the ring has been professionally read more
