This is a rare antique Jenny Lind trunk. Its a six band curve sided Saratoga. This top of line trunk is covered in heavily embossed scrolling and herring bone designs. It retains its lid strap rings, decorative lid lift and elaborate brass lock complete with key hole cover. Both sides are identical so I pictured only one. The bottom retains two of its orignial wheels and large Jenny Lind style brass tacks are used in place of the others. I puchased this trunk knowing t was no key and it was locked. I have never opened it in all the years I've owned it tfore no interior photos are availble. None the less I have enjoyed this trunk emensely as its sat in my dinning room. 27 1/2" x 17" x 17" . Weight is around 30 lbs or so and I will give final weight once its packaged. T are many shipping options and most are under $100 within the U.S.. Please contact me for your preference.
