is a VERY cool antique wood assayers scale. About 8-3/4" wide x 5" tall. This is a finely tuned scale, with brass fittings, glass door, leveling base, precision site and sliding magnifying viewer, sifting screen, as well as a bubble balance inside. It comes with it's original weights, and also comes in it's original Railway Express shipping box too! This one is a real beauty, and a very nice addition for any one who collects antique scientific equipment. Paypal, check, or money order accepted.
