EXTREMELY RARE!!!! FINE NIPPON/NORITAKE CHINA CELERY SERVER WITH A DELICATE PINK ROSE, LAUREL WREATH ON WHITE BACKGROUND, RAISED GOLD SWAG FILLED WITH PALE GREEN, OPEN END HANDLES BORDERED IN GOLD. In our reference book, "Early Noritake Identification" the backmark is the earliest listed mark, 1891 - 1911. It shows the word "Nippon" in compliance with the McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 requiring all US imports to have the name of the country w it was manufactured. Size: 5-3/4" by 12-1/2".
