This auction is for a very clean (not dug) example of a rare bottle made by the Clyde Glass Works N.Y. It is a nice golden amber colored pint flask with applied top. It dates to the 1870s. The front is embossed and reads: "Clyde Glass Works Clyde NY" and measures 7 ½ " tall. The bottle has lots of great witling marks from a wood mold and the base has a slightly rough edge circle in the center possibly a pontil mark, I'm not sure. T is no damage only an inside bubble on the right shoulder. This is a nice quality piece; only one I've ever seen (please see photos). Please use your knowledge of these items and the pictures to determine your bid and value.
