Collectors Cabinet Thank you for your interest. This is a rare early hand carved Anri bottle stopper. It is simply carved with handpainted features. The cork looks to be original and is in good condition. The paintwork is worn with age, but this seems to add to the character rather than detract. The bald head is nicely carved with hair around the back. We think this was probably based on a real person. It measures approximately 4.75 inches high. Please see photos. This item is located in the United Kingdom. Postage, packaging and handling will be £2.50 (pounds) for any address in the UK by First Class Post with Recorded Signed for. Postage to addresses outside the UK to be confirmed at close of auction. We do charge up to $11.00 (US Dollars)for Insurance. We always obtain proof of posting but will not accept responsibility for the loss of any items which are sent overseas without insurance. We welcome Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques in US dollars but will accept cheques, or postal orders in UK Sterling. We prefer payment by cheque, or postal order from buyers who are resident in the UK.
