Offered for your consideration is this antique American Belleek bowl made in the 1880s by Ott & Brewer, the first company to make Belleek in the U.S. The diameter is approximately 9 1/4". T is one tiny chip of the back edge of the rim and another off the front, but neither compromises the shape of the rim. T is generalized crazing and some brown staining as would be expected of such an early piece. T are tiny traces of gold edging on the rim, but the majority is gone. The mark is as shown, a crown with a sword and the word "Belleek." Initials are not present, although they may have been at one time.
