Up for bid is a Large Store Display Planters Pennant glass apothacary jar. These used to sit on the drugstore counters full of burlap bags of peanuts. The Jar measures 10" tall plus the lid is 2" tall with a cool molded peanut for handle. Jar is roughly 8 inches wide. Jar is Pink in color. The jar has Mr. Peanut molded with the words "pennant 5 cents salted peanuts" on 2 sides of the jar. T are 4 Mr. Peanut figures, 1 on each corner. When you can find these rare jars, they usually have lots of nicks on the inside of the lid. This jar is almost MINT CONDITION, no cracks or chips.
