This figurine is called "God Loveth A Cheerful Giver" PM #E-1378, one of the ORIGINAL 21. It is the single MOST COVETED piece in the entire PM collection. It is also known as 'Free Puppies'. This figurine is a charming little girl with her blond hair pulled up on top of her head, and tied with a pretty bow that matches her dress. She is pulling a wagon filled with five adorable puppies with one hand, and a sign saying 'Free Puppies' with the other. Such an adorable figurine!!! This figurine was issued in 1979 and was one of the first two pieces to be retired - in 1981. Extras were not produced after the retirement announcement, making these rare and difficult to find. All of the figurines made are No Marks, because the design was retired before they started using symbols. This figurine has a single air hole, which is the older design. It has absolutely gorgeous dark colors. Please take a look at my last picture to see the awesome comparison to a newer figurine. It is in perfect condition, with the Rare gold foil tag, and is in a BLACK AND WHITE BOX. The box by itself is selling for $100+!!! This is an awesome and beautiful figurine thet would be the prize figurine in anyone's collection!!! What an absolutely amazing gift, or addition to your collection!
