Rare HTF Beatrix Potter's PETER RABBIT WEDGWOOD -- Covered Dresser Container / Box--HTF Up for Auction straight from an ESTATE SALE for your consideration is a beautiful Rare Hard to Find Covered Container / Box. Not sure if this is a dresser box, powder box or just a little trinket container. It is about 2" tall. The lid is about 4" in diameter. It was made in England and does have the Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston Backstamp. T are parts of the storybook wording going around the outer edge of the lid. It says..."First he ate some lettuces and some French beans; and then he ate some radishes". The colors are very bright. T is a very small nick/chip on the very bottom of the container.
