Extremely Scarce Vintage Royal Haeger Aquatic Fish Lamp. Appears to be from either the 30's or 40's? I'm sure will need re-wiring for safety. Does not include shade. Ceramic lamp base is in beautiful condition, no chips or cracks to be found. Fish and aquatic scenes are in raised relief. Bottom is covered by felt. I carefully peeled felt to look at inside, no chips or cracks. Inside of felt is marked '5008'. Felt will be secured again. Lamp base is huge (seems bigger than a basketball), the circumference measures approximately 39" around. Ceramic base is approximately 11 1/2" tall, whole lamp is approximately 19" tall to top of bulb receptacle. Has original pull chain and Royal Haeger, Dundee, Illinois sticker. Please see photos. I can easily state the scarcity of this piece as I have YET to come across this huge model using reference books and the internet. I've placed a fair reserve on this item. As usual, starting off low. Please feel free to ask questions and/or request additional photos. Too many collections, too little room.
