I am offering for auction an opportunity to purchase an Extremely Spectacular Cut Glass Champagne Tumbler . I believe that this amazing work of art was made by the Dorflinger Glass Company of White Mills, Pennsylvania. Dorflinger is famous for the table settings they made for the White House. THIS GLASS WAS CUT IN THEIR STRAWBERRY DIAMOND PATTERN. The master cutting is superior. It is the best I have seen in a long time It was polished with a wood wheel. It dates quite early - to about the 1890's. This is one gem that really does not need any description. Photos speak for themselves. IT IS QUITE RARE TO FIND A CHAMPAGNE TUMBLER. It measures 3 7/8" tall and the mouth opens to 2 3/8" wide. This brilliant work of art is in excellent condition. The condition shows that it has obviously been cherished all these years. Blank is crystal clear. You are only bidding on one champagne tumbler. The decanter is not for sale. This tumbler is from a set of six. The measurements of each tumbler differ slightly. This of course is becuase each one is hand blown. Don't let this price fool you. We have been collecting Cut Glass for 35+ years. It is now time to liquidate some of our stock but we don't seem to be getting anyw We literally have 100's of pieces.
