This is a very rare shallow fullered M-9 Bayonet with No Saw Teeth made in the USA by LanCay and in absolutely MINT condition! The 7 inch (.235 Inches thick) blade is marked "M9 Lan-Cay USA" in three lines. The sheath has the wirecutter and built in sharpening stone and is marked Lancay. The handle is the waffle pattern type and the pommel is marked Lan-Cay. Blade has the fuller (blood groove) and no saw teeth, originally designed for field trials by the US Army very few of these blades were made.The blades used for testing were marked "FT" for "Field Trials" and the remaining few were kept at the factory for many years, this is your chance to own one!This is a rare opportunity to get one of these knives in this condition very few of these knives are around and one in this condition is a great find!
