New, never used and in original box. This Cross Pen & Pencil set was given out to Mcdonalds employees for completing special projects. It's probably around 20 yrs. old. Both are in new condition. The box is in excellent shape, with just a tiny bit of fraying on the material that holds the little information booklet.The set is Chrome and Gray ( #2101 ) and each has the Mcdonalds logo on the clip. Please email any questions. The item has been described the best I could.
