It has scrolling motion and GREAT effects..such as moving water,billowing smoke, falling snow and so much more. It is so much nicer in person as it is impossible to see the effects through still photos. If you have seen this sign in person then you know exactly what I mean. Its stunning!The condition is overall VERY good. Nothing is broken or cracked. These light sell for $1200-1500 on some sites. T are three Scene's and the scence's rotate. I have shown the 3 scene's in the pictures. This is the oldest of the rotating lights. The 2 outer Miller Bottles on this one doesn't light up. They are seated on ice. It will also come securely packed in a reforced box.This light is VERY heavy (approx 50 lbs) so take that into consideration when you think of a spot to hang it.
