These are three rare photos of the former Pennzoil Refinery that was located for over 100 years in Rouseville, near Oil City, Pa. This refinery closed in 1999 and the buildings and equipment have been demolished. My husband, a former employee of the plant, took these photos from a tower on a clear day in the late 1980's. If you are a collector of Pennzoil memorabilia, you might be interested in these.
