The badge is in mint condition! These badges and patches have no authority and are for collectable purposes only. The Burns International Security Services Agency started in 1909 and ran as the second oldest and largest only to The Pinkerton National Detective Agency which started in 1850 and ran as the largest and oldest private security agency in the World until 2000 when both the agencies and names became defunct.
