Millward Banks of Birmingham, England. Extremely well made and very high quality. Very realistic, three-dimentional brooch. Phenomenal multicolor enamel over guilloche sterling silver. A very insignificant blem and t, but otherwise perfect. Appears to have never been polished and has a great patina. One of the nicest we've seen! Measures 1 7/8" (wingspan) and 1 1/2" long.
