Call 513-777-TIME for directions and hours. Rare Upside Down Pinwheel Marble Clock & Match Pedestal is a one of a kind clock set. It is firstly a very nice looking brown and white swirl marble upside down movement french style mystery swinger. It is 23 3/4 inches high and 5 1/2 inches in width. The movement is a pinwheel escapement with black porcelain dial. It sets on four brass feet on a four piece matching marble pedestal. This pedestal is 46 inches high and 11 inches wide at the top and base. It is a sectional marble base, which is just unbelievable, since it is made of rock millions of years old, and polished to have this incredible novel design. Not plaster, not plastic, but part of a mountain cut out by hand and then polished to this terrific finish. This is absolutely one of a kind. I have never seen a matching set of clock and upside down swinger before. The total height of the set is 70 inches, exactly 5 feet high. The pedestal is made into 5 pieces, so shipping will not be a problem, but it will be fairly expensive, due to its weight, and required packing. The pedestal has had some repairs on it in the past, and it has several small chips on it, but when looking at it, one has to be impressed and marvel with its design and craftsmanship.
