RARE Vintage Lefton Xmas Holly Cardinal Utensil Holder w/Tie - #4829 This auction is for a New, Vintage and quite lovely, RARE, Lefton China Utensil Holder in the Christmas Holly, Cardinal pattern. This hand painted china bag is Bright White in color with a cheerful, Bright Red Cardinal perched on a Holly Branch. One of the Cardinal's wings is spread open. The holly berry branch is Brown with Green leaves and Red berries. The back of the bag has the same color theme and pattern as the front. The sides of the bag are painted with sprigs of cheerful holly in beautiful Green and Red colors. The top of the bag has a red cord that is tied in a bow and makes the bag look as if it's tied. The bag has the Red and Gold Lefton label on the bottom with the number 4829 stamped on it. The bag is square in shape with an opening in the middle, measuring 3¼" long by 2¼" wide. The bag itself measures 4" tall, 3¼" wide and 2" deep. This beautiful bag is rare and in Mint condition. It is a beautiful treasure to enjoy. History of Lefton China: The Lefton mark can be found on a wide array of pottery, porcelain, and glass imported into the United States by the George Zoltan Lefton Company.
