Ratio GWR 'toad' brake van, OO Gauge kit unbuilt For sale here is a Ratio kit for a GWR brake van - the name 'Toad' refers to the telegraphic code for these vehicles, and has nothing to do with the animals!Brake vans to this general design were produced in great numbers, and lasted well into BR days; a number have survived into preservation.This kit has no instructions, and the original packet has been opened at some time, though otherwise it appears to be complete.With reasonable care and skill this should make up into a very nice model and it is offered at a very realistic price with free postage.
