The Old Perth series brings back the elegance and style associated with pipe smoking. One of the early briar pipe shapes, taken straight from the traditional English clay pipes. These slender pipes feature a thin wall and pencil shank, the curve of the stem is matched by the slant to the bowl. Made for Kop in St Claude, the birthplace of briar pipes and home to the oldest pipe making equipment, ideal for recreating this iconic shape. The combination of silky smooth Ebony finish and silver work does not always work every pipe shape. The Cutty however is a totally different story all together and just looks amazing. A narrow silver band sits flush with the vulcanite, fishtailed mouthpiece. No cutty is complete without its foot and this is finished off with a silver shoe. Packaged in a its own soft lined, leather clad case, for protecting the slender pipe. Not something you would want to carry round and smoke in the workshop or when you are out fishing. More suited for those moments when you feel like smoking something a little more sophisticated.
