This AISI 1095 clay tempered SWORD is hand forged and polished in the way of ancient Japanese making craft. It is assembled with authentic accessories ranging from ray skin, ITO, tsuba, to sageo. The most significant feature of this sword to combine the advantages of the 1095 high carbon steel hardness and the craft of clay tempered with a clear white clay temper line（hamon）on the blade. Blade : the blade was made of T10 high carbon steel, and hand fully polished which makes the surface of the blade much bright like a mirror. After the below process, the blade has been throughlyclay tempered , first the back of blade is covered with a special clay, then the whole blade has been tempered and later quick cooled during quenching, this result in a harder edge. In this way, a beautiful real hamon on the blade comes into being as a result of the differential cooling of the blade between quenching and tempering. it is constructed with the hamon going all through the Boshi. The blade can be made very sharp or nonsharp according to the customers' requirement. Tsuba : this dragon tsuba is made of high quality copper with two brass Seppas (spacer) securing it. The Habiki (blade collar) is of brass composition. Tsuka :this tsuka is high quality wooden one wrapped with genuine ray skin, and tied with real silk ITO in the traditional way. The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) on the tsuka are made of copper, two Mekugi (peg) are nailed to secure the Tang of the sword and Menuki on each side as an ornament. Saya : this saya is hard wooden and inlayed with shell and later lacquered with a beautiful decorative dragon pattern on it, the Sage-O is tied around the ox horn Kurikaka (knob) of the saya, the ox horn Koiguchi(scabbard mouth) and Kojiri(scabbard tip)has been hardened to tighten the hardness of the saya.Note：1.
