ARTIST PROFILE Proud member of the Artist Association of the Philippines, a sculptor and a transmedia artist. Calderon has a good way of expressing his artistic talent. His impressionistic paintings such as landscape, floral, figurative, nude and expressionistic abstract will set you the mood to feel the subject even without seeing extensive details from his paintings. He work in all media bust mostly acrylic and oils. His art style concepts and compositions come from his fascination within the palettes and techniques of the Old Masters to some of his favorites nude and portraiture impressionist artists. His exploration for using different techniques on layers, textures, choice of colors and open strokes makes the work a masterpiece of its own right.
