is a rather unique item that would make an excellent gift idea for the memorablia or vintage car collector. You are viewing an authentic, working pair of RCA Drive-In Theater speakers. I am a collector of vintage memorabilia and am downsizing my collection due to a recent move. These speakers were adapted to fit on an old, heavy gumball stand with appropriate pipe fittings that adapted the flange for mounting without any modifications to these great original speakers. These looked great next to a Seeburg C jukebox in my 50s room and were actually featured in an HGTV segment that was taped in my home back in 2002. They would also look great next to a vintage car at an antique auto show! Simply add a small quarter inch jack discretely under the hood and wire it paralell to the radio's output. With less than $5 in parts from Radio Shack, you could have these speakers stored in your trunk for quick and easy plug and play at the car shows! This would definitely draw attention to your car with the authentic sight and sound of these great original speakers! Dimensions without the stand are 16" wide by 8" deep by 8" tall.
