RCA Radiola Model 100-A Loudspeaker 1920s Vintage A friend is thinning out his collection, Driver coil measures around 800 ohms with a meter, in the low ohms setting, you can hear the speaker respond to the low current from the meter probes, so the speaker coil is okay. T is a crack in the case (cast iron) that you can see in the front view picture, it does not seem to effect operation. When we took off the bottom to get the inside picture, we discovered that both speaker wire connection nuts were loose, we tightened them before replacing the bottom. If you are only interested in the speaker and transformer, we would be glad to ship only those parts to greatly reduce your shipping costs.
