This is a real BEAVER skull, Castor canadensis , from theOzark Mountains area of Missouri. This is a LARGE skull and superb example of the species. It measures 5" and really is an excellent specimen. Each skull is unique and gives clues to its daily life through its size, teeth, cracks, bruises and scars. My skulls are sold in two pieces. (upper skull and lower jaw) They can be glued together for easy handling or left seperate for study purposes and would look equally well in a museum, classroom, home or cabin. Payment is due in 3 days of close of auction and will ship via USPS within 24 hrs of confirmation of payment. (excluding Sundays and holidays) Display stand in picture is not included.
