This auction is for a vintage cocktail mixer in the form of the Boston Lighthouse. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL (see markings in photos)! 100% VINTAGE GUARANTEED!!! This shaker is made by the International Silver Co.. This set is from the 1920's to the early 1930's. It measures approximately 14" in height. T were 2 lighthouse shakers made, this is the small one. The larger one is 48 ounces and about 6" taller. This shaker is heavily silver plated all over. I can not find any wear through or brassing. This shaker is in fantastic vintage condition. The only problem I see is s couple of small dents in the underside/inside of the cap (can be seen in photo). The cap appears to still seal well. The cap does come apart, so this could easily be repaired. I have had this in my collection for years and never have found the need to do anything. This has been the prize of my collection, I hope it finds a good new home! The shaker is marked on each and ever piece "343". On the bottom, it is marked "Meridian S. P. Co., International S. Co., 343, 56 OZ, Patented Jan.11.1927., IS (see photo). This is one of the more rare figural cocktail mixers! Please check my other auctions.
