This listing is for a Real Good Toys, Colonial style = 1/2 scale Dollhouse . It measures 16.5 "tall x 14" wide, by 7.5" deep and about 8.4 deep at the widest roof area. P.ease note there is dappled light coming in from the window when I photographed it. The floor stain and house paint finish is very even and well done. The light may make it look uneven in the photo. The window trim and doorway are dark green to match the shutters, with acrylic paint. They can be painted over, if you decide to change the color. It is in very good condition and is partially put together already! I bought it and assembled the house, shingled it, painted the outside and part of the inside, stained the floors, painted the shutter ( dark green ) steps and partially painted the chimney. It was carefully assembled and painted, and is now ready for the interior trim, stairway, and finishing wallpaper or paint to be added. All of the trim window casings, window panes, stairway parts, window boxes ( solid piece) wall partitions are there and ready to finish the house up with. My life got too busy now to finish the house, so I am selling it to someone who can finish it up and enjoy it! If you are not familiar with the Real Good Toy dollhouses, you should be pleasantly surprised of the nice quality of them, as I was when I received the kit to make this one. The read more
