Victorian Cottage Jr. #J-M159 Doll House - New This darling wood doll house has 5 rooms and measures 24" wide x 17 12" deep x 20" high. This is easy to build with grooved sidewalls for easy assembly. Clapboards are milled into 3/8" thick walls and splinter-free wood walls for the easiest to finish dollhouse kit ever made! This KIT IS COMPLETE and a SPECIAL EDITION....fully assembled front door and hardwood flooring is installed and ready to finish. Precision workmanship with engineered parts, pre-cut to really work. Outstanding detail, simple, easy to follow directions and illustrations. Sturdy construction featuring 3/8" thick walls and upper floor. CLASSIC FEATURES INCLUDE: Durable gingerbread trimis 1/8" thick, Moveable room divider accepts standard doors. Raised panel shutters and door. Laser-cut stencil for extra detail. Flower boxes and a detailed staircase. Wooden shingles for the roof. This is Collector Quality 1" to 1' scale. This will come to you in excellent condition....opened, but NEVER TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX.
