I use MyHermes to deliver my parcels and only charge actual costs. MyHemes collect mon-sat from me and on Saturdays it costs me more money but I do not pass this extra onto the customer. for small items (buttons, upto 3 balls of wool etc I use second class royal mail to keep your postage to a minimum cost. please be patient with myhermes they do seem to take a tiny bit longer then royal mail but at least your get a tracking number which I can provide on request. Royal mail have a habit of losing parcels so I really don't like to use them. many thanks for your help I do appreciate it. Sammy
