You are bidding on Recondition 4qt Enterprise Sausage stuffer, Fruit press, Lard press, this is real nice condition no breaks or repairs, real nice wood handle, gears operate real smoth, nice and tight inside of tub looks like mirror like new, basket real nice, comes complete with Large and small plate, strainer plate and straner basket, New 3/4 Plastic nozzle and new nut, This old press was taken apart every piece was steamed cleaned, all plates, tub,arch, gears were glass bead blasted and wire bruished, basket was steam cleaned, all none food services were primed, and painted with several coates of non toxic Gloss Black enamel, all letters, numbers and stripes are painted with Gold leaf Paint. I coated this with vegetable oil to protect from rust just clean with hot soapy water, I used to use Pam to many complaints hard to remove gets gummy, this is a real nice 4qt press been around for 100 years will be around for 100 more years, This saves somebody a lot of time to clean one of the up like this, very universal machine you can press fruit to make jelly press lard for cooking, or press sausage. Just in time for Hunting season, I have taken several pictures of these sausage stuffers right after they come back from being glass bead blasted before any paint has been applied.
