A recovered PKZ6080 F4U-1A CORSAIR! This plane was recovered out of a tree at my local park. It has been sitting in the tree for about a month and I managed to pull it out using fishing line and a fishing weight. (Previous owners unknown and I assume it was abandoned as the plane was stuck about 70 ft high). Took me 4 hours of patience to get it out. No remote, this plane was recovered from being stuck in a tree. The battery is a Flight Pack 2100 20C which was still plugged in when I opened the plane up (has been unplugged). All parts seem in very good condition, The wings came off during the fall (couldn't catch it fast enough from the ground). The part that keeps the wings attached to the body are broken (probably an easy fix and I'll post the photo as soon as the showcase fixes itself). The cockpit came off when it landed on the ground but is still intact as well as the pilot. Previous owners used tape on the body to keep the wings a little more stable I'm assuming. I'll add more photos as right now the showcase isn't working. Great if you are a plane hobby enthusiast! I don't know anything about these models. If you know how to repair these things it will probably be able to fly again, or part it out as you see fit.
