It is the Real Thing. A mint condition NOS Red DEC December month sticker. Available: RED JAN MAR APR MAY JUN JUL SEP OCT NOV, and DEC. Out of Stock: RED FEB and AUG. All my RED month stickers are authentic DMV issue, with original DMV backing with instructions. No factory flaws, No age cracks. When California first started using month stickers it was this red one, not the modern blue one. Complete your BLACK plates with the period correct red month sticker. eBay rules: The red month was last issued in the 1980's making this expired sticker over 20 years old. 8.25% CA State sales tax is collected on this item, when sold within Calif.
