Auction is for saya/scabbard ONLY; sword NOT included! This is a direct replacement saya (scabbard) for the CAS/Hanwei-Paul Chen TSURU (CRANE) IAITO Katana (HANWEI ITEM #SH-5017). Same (rayskin) wrapped Saya (Koiguchi to Kurikata). Will also fit many other brands of katanas, including other Hanwei models; some minor fitting adjustment to the habaki (blade collar) may be neccesary for a proper fit. Habaki specs for the SH-5017 Tsuru Crane Iaito Katana are: width - 1.27 inch, thickness - 0.23 inch. Maximum blade length 29 inches. Sageo cord shown is included.
