Here's an Interesting Antique Chelsea Small Desk Clock, offered at NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! � The clock is housed in a chrome case and stands approximately 4 and 3/4" tall. � The time is able to be set, but the winder won't budge. � I'm not a clock guy so I can't say what repairs are needed. � The case has some tarnish (picture 5) which should be able to be polished up. � On the back there is� tape with some numbers (picture 3), and the underside has an impressed serial number 164921, as well as some other numbers scratched in and some residue from felt or what-have-you. � Remember, there is No Reserve on this neat old Chelsea Clock. � S.H.I. is $8.00 in the lower 48, Thanks
