The radios selected for the CD are radios once on my work bench that I have restored and represent the TYPES of radios you probably own. I selected various radios with various problems - the ones you might encounter. Most radios had multiple problems in the same chassis - makes no difference as this is not a test and fix CD but a rehab and restore CD. However, once you read through the whole CD test and fix you will be much more competent to do. The techniques I show assumes a dirty dead radio with bad capacitors, bad tubes and bad wires and torn speaker paper and yet shows you how to turn it on and make it play the first time 98% of the time. That is correct with all those problems even all of them in the same radio chassis! That includes the 1920 technology, 30s technology, WWII and Zenith 1000-7000 TOs. The CD shows the parts and problems these radios typically have. The CD shows what to do about it. On this CD are chassis from RCA, Zenith, Airline, Sears, Atwater, Philco, etc. etc. etc. radio you may have can be associated with one or more radios on the CD including Home brewes, One tube, two tube and the more "modern" - TRF, regenerative, and hetrodynes chassis.
