Restored Esterbrook Blue Turquoise Purse Fountain Pen This is an ESTERBROOK purse fountain pen made in about 1958. The color is variously called turquoise or blue. The pen measures 4-3/8" closed. It has "Esterbrook Made in U.S.A" engraved on the barrel. The color shown in the photos isn't quite accurate. The pen actually has a bit more green in it than shows. For some reason it is just about impossible to get an accurate picture of the color of Esterbrook pens. The Esterbrook is in generally excellent condition. The barrel, cap and metal are shiny and bright. The pen has been cleaned, resacked and restored. The nib is excellent and is a 9668, a fine point. The cap has a number of very small cap edge cracks. T is no other damage of any type. This is a fine example of an Esterbrook purse pen! Fortunate high bidder will pay by cashier's check, money order, or PayPal, and will pay the actual cost of mailing. Within the U.S., shipment is by Priority Mail ($4.80). Shipment to Europe or Asia will cost no more than $5.40 by First Class Mail, or $24.00 by Priority Mail. International shipments of more than $50 will be shipped by either Priority or Express Mail, so that it is insurable and/or trackable.
