This is a superb retro vintage artisans chest or trunk.The trunk is dark oak in colour with nice period handles.Due to its size it is a very versitile trunk and can be used as a blanket box for storage of bedding or as a toy chest (plenty of room for this years Christmas presents!).It would also make a superb coffee table which would be an unusual talking point in any room! It has a lovely rustic country style yet would also suit an industrial modernist space.The dimensions are 21" in height by 17.5" in depth and 41 3/4" in length.It is in good condition for age some signs of useage consistent with a vintage item of this nature.The chest has been freshly lined in a heavyweight cream and coffee striped cotton/canvas fabric,so it is clean and ready for use.Please This would be a stylish yet practical addition to any home,great for bedding /towel storage in the bedroom,or for toys in a childrens room,yet would also add a distinctive designer touch to a living room as a coffee table with plenty of storage for books magazines etc....no more clutter!
