A great 1950's coffee / beverage carafe made by Silex, with a Pyrex beaker-style glass body! Excellent condition, with a hard black plastic drop-in style top that is easily removable. The handle is a "D" style and is easy to hold and is marked "SILEX". The metal band surrounding the glass is shiny and clean. The body is marked "PYREX brand glassware Made in USA for THE SILEX CO." No chips, no cracks anywhere. Measures 9 1/2 tall, 3 1/2 in diameter at the top. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
